Wide open spaces for outdoor play, a great location that makes Cornwall’s best attractions easy to reach and DVDs and games for the occasional rainy day; it all sounds like a perfect recipe for a family stay, doesn’t it? Well we’ve got all that and more here at Gospenheale Farm!
The barn has an enclosed patio and large garden, perfect for playing outside with the children, enjoying an al-fresco evening meal and getting some fresh air. The wooden fence running along the edge of the garden — and the gate separating the parking area from the quiet country road — gives you added peace of mind when the kids are outdoors, burning off some energy.
Great attractions just a stone’s throw away
We know that coming to Cornwall means a long drive for some people, so the last thing you’ll want is endless amounts of driving when you’re here; Gospenheale is less than five miles away from the Hidden Valley Discovery Park, Trethorne Leisure Park, the Launceston Steam Railway, Tamar Otter and Wildlife Centre and Launceston Castle. That means you’ll never run out of things to do, right on your doorstep!
Gospenheale is just a five-minute drive from the A30, meaning we’re easy to reach from the rest of the country and really well connected for visiting the rest of Cornwall. If you want to visit The Eden Project, Land’s End or any one of the county’s fantastic attractions with the kids, you’ll be on Cornwall’s main road, while we’re also just five minutes away from the town of Launceston, ideal for picking up some food shopping or an easy day trip.
Enjoy a lazy day
Sometimes when you’re on holiday, you just need a lazy day unwind. We’ve got plenty of games, toys and DVDs to keep the kids entertained, while you’ll also find the free broadband perfect for keeping teenagers and parents alike connected to the outside world!
